During the conversation often it is needed to share files between users, including copy-paste of pictures. Currently, neither chat nor shared notes cannot handle files sharing and picture rendering.

Add the functionality to the chat to send files privately or to all of users. Add the functionality to add files to shared notes.

Describe alternatives you've considered
To render pictures from the provided links in the chat and notes, show attachment area in shared notes for attached files.
